GENERAL ENQUIRIES FORM
CONDITIONS: Bookings (All Tours Include GST).
Day Tours must be paid in full to confirm a booking. Extended Tours a deposit of 50% of the
tour cost must be paid to confirm a booking, with the balance to be paid not less than
21 days prior to the tour departure. Cancellations: Where the minimum of four passengers
is not achieved, the tour will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel a tour booking we
require a minimum of 48 hours notice on a 1 Day Tour booking and a minimum of 14 days
notice on our extended tours, for a 50% refund. Where this does not occur, no refund can
be made. Liability: Kimberley Getaway Safaris reserves the right to alter the route or
itinerary of our tours and arrange alternative carriers if necessary, due to weather
and road conditions, unforeseen circumstances or mechanical failure.
Any costs incurred by a passenger as a result of delay on any tour including failure
to make connections with any service are the responsibility of the passenger.
No liability will be accepted by Kimberley Getaway Safaris for injury, sickness,
loss or damage to luggage and personal items. Insurance: whilst every care is taken
for the safety and well being of our passengers, we do recommend that all passengers
have their own travel insurance, arranged through a travel agent. |
